Day 1 for me today as well, though I did do 2 whole 30s in 2015 successfully. Be organised and ready for the pressure points. Slaying the sugar dragon is definitely not easy but you can do it. Happy to check in with you if you want a buddy. I am in Western Australia and keen to get back to healthier eating post the holdays. Back to work on Monday is definitely going to help.
