Recent College Grad getting life together

Hello, 

I have recently (6 months ago) graduated college with my masters degree. I did well in my undergrad years putting on ~10lbs in four years, however have packed on the weight during the stressful graduate program years and studying and stressing over passing my boards. Now that a new year has come on and I have settled into a more steady lifestyle, working normal day hours and have my own living space, no more relying on mom to make me a home cooked meal, I am looking to get back on track with my eating habits and becoming a healthier and happier person in 2016! 

 

 

Looking forward to all the wonderful things that 2016 have in store for me!
