We're on day 7--still going strong, I just keep forgetting to post!

Day 6-- eggs and almonds for breakfast; leftover crockpot roast with baked sweet potato fries for lunch; Chipotle for dinner--I loved not having to cook!! We had lettuce, pork, salsa and guac.

Day 7--Banana and almonds for breakfast; salad with tuna for lunch; tonight's dinner is chicken stuffed peppers, broccoli and roasted carrots.
