Day 1 ~ Ash Wednesday** (Day of Fasting & Abstinence so meals were deliberately small)


Breakfast: Monkey Cereal (cashews, coconut chips & sliced banana)

Lunch: Roasted Butternut Squash & Carrot Soup

Dinner: Herb & Lemon Cod Filet, Yam Fries & Tossed Salad (greens, orange slices, raw pecans)
