I'm feeling pretty good, just starting to get over the panicked thoughts that I'm eating too much, and enjoying my meals.

I've learned that making sure I get enough fat in my meal, keeps me from snacking, and it's the snacking that was too much. Now when I've finished my meal, if I find myself wanting something more, I eat some avocado right then. I think I am learning both what it feels like to be hungry and what it feels like to be satiated but not overstuffed.

How's everybody else doing?
