I will be sharing my food and how I feel so be forewarned. Day 1: M1: 1 1/2 palm size of sauteed cabbage, 1 chicken apple sausage and 3 scrambled eggs with Chai spiced hot tea. (This is my go to breakfast and always fills me up really well. Had my allotted tea for the day so need to switch to water. tmhampton1 Posted May 3, 2016 Author Share Posted May 3, 2016 I didn't realize I couldn't edit my posts, so here is the rest of the day's meals for Day 1: M2: 1 1/2 servings of chicken breast, handful of carrots, 2 servings of guac and some green beans M3: 1 serving of chicken breast, 1 1/2 servings of roasted potatoes and a hard boiled egg.
