Still keeping on with my diet, I've added more non starchy veggies to each meal!

Tues:

Breakfast

Chorizo w/2 eggs + 1.5 cups broc

Lunch

Two Salmon Patties + 1.5 cups broc + mayo

Dinner

Went to see my bro so I took a fruit salad I made then ate late (around 10) and had two chicken tenders w/mayo + 1.5 cups broc.

Wed:

Breakfast

Butternut sausage with mayo + 1.5 cups of broc.

Lunch

Chicken Alfredo

Dinner

Pot roast + 3 cups cauliflour w/ranch + 1 cup green beans w/garlic & pine nuts!

Been really busy but Ive been keeping on track for most of my meal plan.

Thursday:

Breakfast: Chorizo w/2 eggs 3 cups of broc

Lunch:Salmon Cakes w/3 cups cauliflower

Dinner: 2 Chicken Tenders w/1.5 cups of broc

Friday:

Breakfast: Butternut squash sausage

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo w/3 cups broc

Dinner: Pot Roast Meal w3 cups broc, cauliflour, and carrots

Sat:

Breakfast: Butternutsquash Sausage w/3 cups broc

Lunch: Salmon Cakes w/ 3 cups broc and ranch

Dinner: Ate at Wholefoods, they had Paleo entrees which were expensive but amazing, I got to eat out with my friends instead of heading to their place and microwaving my food for once ^_^!

Really busy with finals this week and next week and also having a hard time trying to keep track of what I'm eating, but I am still sticking to Whole30 sincee I made my meal plan. This week I have a little more time to update my meals for my final week  which will be till Sunday (35 days instead of 30). I then plan to do my reintroduction which I will make an action plan for later. 

 

Here is my plan for my final week; each meal will include an additional 3 cups non starchy veggies such as cauliflower, broc, kale, spaghetti squash, etc.

Cauliflower Rice

 

Tuesday

Whole30 Frittata

Paleo Pad Thai

 

Wednesday

Paleo Sheperd’s Pie

For my reintroduction: I feel like I will be reintroducing foods, but still eating healthy (after reintroduction) Whole30 or Paleo meals (I don't really know if there is a difference), but not as stressed if I have some sugar or grains every so often. I do want to maintain my weight and not gain weight and also be healthy in the best terms. I hope to find more information during my Summer break to maintain these goals. I am super excited to be so close to finishing this plan (:
