Whole30 Newbies

Today is the 2nd day of Whole30 for my daughter and I. We're hoping to shed some light on triggers for her complicated migraines, and i'm cleaning my diet up just a bit more. The only changes I need to make for myself are eliminating all dairy (i still used cream, cheese, sour cream and cream cheese) and eliminating artificial sugars. I think of the 2 of us I will have the easier time of it. Girl child will be packing her lunch every single day since the school provides sub-obtimal options. I think that will be a bit of a challenge for her...but we're both ready, willing and able to tackle whatever comes out way.
