So, I'm actually going to do this.  I'm going to start Whole30.  I'm a little nervous.  I struggle with my self-control and I'm not great at eating vegetables.  However, my health sucks, and I know a large reason for that is my awful eating habits.

I'm doing it too! I'm most nervous about giving up my terrible wine habit. The empty calories have caused me to put on about 15 lbs that I haven't been able to shed since August!! I'm also hoping for better quality sleep!

I'm nervous too! Cheers for us taking this big step to health! I'm aiming to combat my esteem issues which all stem from the results of poor eating habits. I'm looking forward to new Whole30 forum friends and advice!
