NicoleLouise76 Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 I did 2 W30's earlier this year, and its amazing how quickly you can slide back into old eating habits. I am definitely eating a lot less sugar, carbs, and refined foods than before, but its a reminder that I still need to make veggies a habit. So - today is DAY 1. I debated not doing it because we are camping this coming weekend and then throwing a big party the weekend after. But you know what? Life can happen when you're on Whole30 - it doesn't have to stop!
