In same pan, cooked 1/2 medium oriental sweet potato, 1 big handful baby kale, 1/3 large shallot, 2 sundried tomato halves (packed in olive oil), 1/2 jalapeno with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning cooked in 1 thumb bacon fat 2 pieces compliant bacon 2 cups coffee with coconut cream Couple of swigs of leftover green iced tea woke up with a headache. Ate edamame last night (soy!) , asked for fish and veggies to be cooked only in olive oil, but maybe something else made it in there? anniebird Posted August 15, 2016 Author Share Posted August 15, 2016 Sunday August 14 2 cups coffee with coconut cream Meal 1: running late to church - no time for a full meal; ate 4 slices bacon, drained bacon fat from cooking pan, then made 1/2 taro root fried in 1 thumb bacon fat, big handful baby spinach sautéed in pan after taro (no more fat added) Meal 2: sauteed cauliflower/veggie (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, green onion,green bean) "rice" (made 4 servings with 1 thumb coconut oil, 1 thumb added coconut cream, pinch salt) curried ground lamb (garlic, salt curry spice and red curry paste) - didn't drain fat from lamb after browning. drizzle tahini sauce from well fed 11 cherries Meal 3: palm size serving steak with compliant seasoning asparagus roasted potatoes and onions (salt, pepper, avocado oil) watermelon - 1-1/2 cups Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
