whole foods in the UK

I am going to whole foods next weekend and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations about what to grab? Any spices/flavourings/whole30 friendly bits and bobs etc that will travel well on a train back? I get so excited going to whole foods as there's not a branch near me!!

Oh lucky you. My nearest branch is over 3 hours away in Glasgow. I bought coconut aminos but the brand contains coconut sugar. I still use it but there were other brands so worth checking out. I also get organic raw sauerkraut and kimchee. It comes in plastic pouches so travels easily. The hot and spicy is good with plain scrambled eggs. I got sunflower seed butter which I couldn't find anywhere else and nitrate free bacon. Although nitrates are allowed on W30, it's nice to have bacon without.
