50lbs heavier; 1st W30 to be healthier

I started W30 on 9/6. My first day was not bad. Except for the fact I was super exhausted,  not because of W30, we'll kind of..... I work 2nd shift so when I got out of work at 11:30pm I went home to prepare for my first day. I stayed up until 3am. I made protein salad with tuna, basic mayonnaise, cut veggies for salads. My 14yo daughter is doing the W30 with m . I made her lunch and prepped for kitchen sink eggs. I had 3 hours of sleep because I was scheduled for orientation at work. When I got home after 6 hours at work I started prepping for dinner. I fell asleep by 9pm but woke up at 10:30pm and was up until 2am. 

Breakfast: kitchen sink eggs- spinach, avocado, mushrooms 24oz water

Lunch: tuna protein salad on, mixed greens, cucumbers, dried cranberries and sliced almonds 24oz water

Dinner: caramelized onions on steak and mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) 24 Oz water

Midnight snack: apple 8oz water

Noticeable change: I had 3 bowel movements. I'm guessing it's my body cleaning things out.
