9/23/16 2nd whole30

So, my last whole30 was last year. I lost weight, looked better and most importantly felt better. Then it all went to crap. I started old habits, gained weight and have kicked myself for allowing myself to get here again. A lot of this is emotional. Food is emotional for me and I am ready to change that. Food is here to sustain me and I can either choose to eat things that support this or not. Im 40 yrs old, I want to feel energetic and have clear skin again!  I have a pretty good self image even if I am overweight. I want to feel awesome mentally knowing that I am fueling my body with nutrients and positivity. After all this is a mental game as well as a physical one. Im ready.

Pistachios last nite as well. 

B: nada. Slept late

L: salmon polar canned, sauteed greens in coco oil, sweet potatoes, olives, iced coffee w almond milk. DD

lunch kept me filled for awhile! 

D: natural applesauce containers, motts 10, chicharrones, sweet potatoes, sass dressing, water
