kathleen237 Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Good morning! Yesterday I finished my Whole 30--and got my annual blood work results back. I think they were good--they were sent to me via email, so haven't gone over them with the doctor yet. I need a little help interpreting! My total triglycerides were 48, HDL 70, and LDL 94.
