robynlo77 Posted October 18, 2016 Share Posted October 18, 2016 Over a year ago, I successfully completed one round of Whole30. Over time, I let things slide back into old "bad" food eating habits. Its been a life long struggle with being overweight, and feeling like garbage. I know what I have to do, and Whole30 will help me get back to where I need to be!!! I have done one whole 30 last winter and I started another one a few weeks ago but I slipped off because I had a powdered green mix that I believe had some grain in it and I never restarted. I am going to put that in the back room for now. I also have been having powdered maca and a gluten powder that has stevia in it. Something is causing cravings cause I am intensely craving more... Of whatever. I also add cacao to my tea. Could that be it? Anyway I want to just have whole foods and I am hoping I can get through my first day tomorrow.
