Dinner Tonight - A New Favourite

Half Way Today!  I don't know if I'm happy or scared.  I feel somehow protected by the whole30 and once it's over I may fall right back into my old ways.  But 15 days left means I still have 15 more days to make changes.  Anyway, I'm excited about my dinner tonight so I thought I'd post my first pic in honour of making it this far :-)

It's salmon, pan fried in EVOO with hard boiled egg, roasted sweet potato, romaine lettuce and cucumber mixed with guacamole.  I don't know if my combos are weird to other people but I thought it was awesome!

The hard part for me is still missing sugar.  Mostly fruit and maybe chocolate a little, but mostly fruit.  If there are any fellow fruit addicts reading this, when did you stop pining for it?
