I desperately have to do something about my eating habits (very problematic...I've gotten lazy from when I've done Slow-Carb before).  Married, husband travels so him following or not is a minor league concern (usually only home weekends).  We are TTC so that may be...fun.  But it's only 30 days. 

Committing to a January 2 start-date.  Spending this week getting the book, cleaning out the kitchen, restocking with compliant foods.  

Potential pitfalls--PMS/PMDD salty food and sugar cravings, diet cokes, all the tasty carbs.  No events are planned except the Super Bowl but I can manage that.
