Teri201 Posted December 31, 2016 Share Posted December 31, 2016 Here we go tomorrow Weeeeeeeee. first Whole 30 ended 11/8/2016 and then began a road trip and family holidays, I did not start or finish the reintroduction. Also had quite a few slips using grass fed butter instead of ghee and one slip at a restaurant, and of course missed the reinteo, not bad. But now the holidays are complete and a good new year ahead. Big challenges for this W30 Kitchen is a small vacation rental condo for january/february lacking many of my favorite helpers like immersion blender, food processor, counter tops, tools, containers... left my w30 book at home winter temps in the 70s challenging to pass on the afternoon adult beverages vacation = eating out at fun restaurants and bakeries not found at home, how to stay compliant? slaying the sugar dragon for a 2nd time, will she be more challenging this time? the good side organic and pastured meats are plentiful and lots of local grown veggies i am ready for the challenge !
