I am beginning my second whole 30. I completed my first October 2015 with great results (lost 11lbs and labs improve enormously),  but since then have gained all my weight back. I'm not sure about the changes to my lab work.

My hope this time around is to figure out how to continue a lifestyle with me in control of what I eat and eating with intention.

This time, I splurged on some of the foods from the barefoot provisions and I also purchased the meal planner which I am so excited about. Planning meals is a big struggle for me.

Here I go! Day 1.
