Day 1 - Tuesday Jan.3rd, 2017:

Breakfast:

Frittata with ground italian sausage, mushrooms, potatoes and kale

1 banana

Lunch:

Bunless bison burger w/ lettuce, tomato, red onion and avocado

Side of roasted asparagus

Dinner:

Slow roasted pork and potato stew w/ onions and garlic

Green grapes

***I drank my coffee black today!***

Day 2 - Wednesday Jan.4th, 2017:

Breakfast:

Frittata with ground italian sausage, mushrooms, potatoes and kale

1 banana

Lunch:

Grilled Chicken

Almonds

Strawberries and Kiwi

Carrots

Celery

Black and Green olives

Dinner:

Homemade Carrot, Parsnip and Green Apple Bisque made w/ Coconut Milk topped with Roasted Pork, and a drizzle of Avocado oil

Day 3 - Thursday Jan.5th, 2017:

Breakfast:

*Was running severely behind this morning*

3 hard boiled eggs

Banana

Lunch:

Bunless grass fed burger w/ tomato and avocado

Steamed broccoli

Dinner:

Turmeric roasted sweet potatoes

Ground Beef w/ onions

1 avocado

Tomato slices w/ salt, pepper and avocado oil
