I have been foolishly eating all kinds of foods over the last two days "for the last time" and I feel like garbage tonight. I wish I hadn't done that to myself :-p I'm looking forward to feeling much better soon!! I think I'm most worried about giving up yogurt. I usually eat it for breakfast every day. I used to eat yogurt too but have switched to two eggs fried in coconut oil, a cut up zucchini cooked in coconut oil, salsa and sometimes avocado. I eat this most mornings and LOVE it.
