Start Date: January 2nd, 2017


(Jan 2) day 1 meal 1 two fried eggs & potatoes in ghee meal 2 two hotdogs & greens with lemon oo and balsamic meal 3 tuna salad in lettuce wraps & sautéed mushrooms & 1/2 pear

(Jan 3) day 2 meal 1 three scrambled eggs & bacon & pear meal 2 two hotdogs & greens with lemon oo and balsamic meal 3 chicken/red pepper/onion fajitas & guacamole (then an apple pie Lara bar...oops)

so far, so good. Had a terrible headache this morning and took two Advil and drank a ton of high caf black tea.

stressed out and crazy anxious b/c of job stuff. Self care, self care, self care. 

boyf hasn't complained yet. He's better at rules and routines than me so he's in his element.
