This is my third commitment to the Whole30 program and I am determined that this time I will make it through all 30 days. This time I have a lot more support, my husband and my parents are also participating! So it is going to be much easier with everyone surrounding me also following the program! The day before I started this round though I found out I was pregnant with my second child! 5 weeks today! I have read and understand that as these next few weeks moving forward could be more difficult with morning sickness and food aversions and if it is anything like my first pregnancy I was sick for the first 7 months lol, but I figured I'll still go with the program as long as I can and get the best food in my body for my new little one <3 Day 1 Meals Spinach and Tomato Frittata Chicken Salad in Romaine cups Seared Salmon w/ Poached Egg and Salad Day 2 Meals (Today) Spanish Tortilla w/ Guac Chili Lime Chicken Burgers (Trader Joe's) w/ Ranch Salad Classic Chili (maybe with a sweet potato depending on how hungry we are) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
