musclesglasses5 Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 I did my first W30 in Jan 2016. It was the best I felt all year. Then life really happened in 2016 -- 2 family members passed away, other major stresses. Fast forward to January 2017. After only 4 days of the Whole30, some breathing issues that I was having feel like they have magically disappeared for now! I was feeling like I could not catch my breath or get a good deep breath in some positions. I'm still going to see my doc next week, but it's so much better now!
