Wayne Posted January 8, 2017 Share Posted January 8, 2017 My wife and me (or is it I, I forget) are committed to January 13 start date for our first Whole30. I must admit I'm a little overwhelmed as it will be a drastic lifestyle change for us. We just received the Whole30 cookbook which will make preparations a little easier (I hope).
