TheBeeGirl Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 1.8.17 Breakfast- 2 chicken sausages butternut squash, pears, apples, onion, with one slice of bacon, sauteed in the bacon grease 2 tbsp coconut milk with 2 cups coffee Lunch- Palm sized steak cooked in bacon grease spinach, onion, mushroom cooked in bacon grease 1/2 sweet potato with 1/2 tsp ghee Dinner 2 skinless boneless chicken thighs cooked with EVOO 2 cups spaghetti squash with rao's tomato sauce 1 tbsp mayo/ketchup mix 15 olives 1 cup potatoes cooked with EVOO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
