Hey all!

My name is Jordan. This is my second time doing the Whole30 and was wondering how everyone does after the 30 days is up. I blew the reintroduction phase the first time, but this time around I feel like I have a better mindset. I read more about the Whole30 and am starting to believe in it! 

So any tips on the reintroduction?

I'm only on my first round, but have already found it really helpful to read through It Starts With Food, and I'm about halfway through Food Freedom Forever. FFF goes into a lot more detail about the reintroduction phase, guilt, shame, etc and suggests a lot of tools for life after a reset. I haven't gotten to the reintroduction phase yet (only on day 6) but I already feel better prepared. Being able to think through the changes our family wants to make well ahead of time is helpful, but for me personally to be able to think about what have been my triggers and tough situations in the past is already helping me make plans about how I want to move forward after reset.
