Day 18 and caught the stomach bug

So I'm on day 18 of Whole30 and woke up sick this morning--as in, food sounds disgusting, not sure it will stay down. I was able to drink water and eat some unsweetened applesauce. Any suggestions for what else I can eat while I have this stomach bug (since rice and toast are out)? I should mention I am also breastfeeding so I'm trying to get a few calories in and stay hydrated to care for my little one. Will this ruin my whole30 experience?
