Julie McD Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 My husband and I are on Day 5 of Whole 30 and would like to try smoking salmon on our Green Egg (ceramic) grill tomorrow night. However, every recipe for brining the salmon involves (lots and lots) of brown sugar. Can anyone recommend an alternative, compliant brining recipe?
