My first day!

Tomorrow is the first day of my first ever Whole30.  Any tips for getting off to a good start and staying with it?  I have ingredients fora slow cooker chicken recipe that I hope will last me a few days.  And plenty of eggs and veggies!  I don't eat red meat.

This is kind of a silly suggestion, but it has helped me... ;)  Let your friends know either in person or through social media that you're doing a W30.  It's petty, no doubt about it, but there have been times over the past 21 days where I have wanted to quit but my ego made me stick to it and I'm glad I have.  Stubbornness, pure and simple, has allowed me to keep going when I couldn't pull together any motivation of my own.

Letting people know what you are doing will also make it (hopefully) a little easier to avoid non-compliant foods.  My co-workers are kind enough not to offer me brownies this month!
