I'm a stay at home mom of four kids (2-8yold) and we live in a small quiet town near Montreal, Canada. I have been conscious about what I eat since the birth of our first son. We jumped into the organic bandwagon and I have always cooked from scratch. Our last son had severe eczema and asthma which started when he was four months and still strictly breastfed. This led us to realize he had multiple food intolerances and an immature intestine. He and I followed the AIP diet for a few months and he showed amazing improvement. Now that I'm no longer breastfeeding, I know it's time I do a Whole30 for me. I'm worth it and I can do it. I look forward to meeting wonderful people through this journey !
