Especially for breakfast. I'm not a big breakfast person and will have to work on this, will be better tomorrow! Breakfast - cold brew coffee (black), Plum organic mashups (carroty chop) [essentially baby food in a squeezable pouch] Lunch - cabbage/beef/tomato soup with 1/2 avocado 1/3 Health-ade kombucha Handful of blueberries Snack - organic banana with TJs almond butter Exercise - Fitness Blender low impact lower body and abs tabata Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
