Karen J30 food log - W30R1

Jan 30th - First time doing this!  Feeling excited, but also realizing just how much I need to prepare ahead to have in the fridge.  Especially for breakfast.  I'm not a big breakfast person and will have to work on this, will be better tomorrow! 

Breakfast - cold brew coffee (black), Plum organic mashups (carroty chop) [essentially baby food in a squeezable pouch]

Lunch - cabbage/beef/tomato soup with 1/2 avocado
1/3 Health-ade kombucha
Handful of blueberries

Snack - organic banana with TJs almond butter

Exercise - Fitness Blender low impact lower body and abs tabata

Day 1/Jan 30 contd

yoga with Adriene - Yoga Revolution (day 15)

4 baby carrots while prepping dinner

dinner -

chicken thighs marinated in avocado oil, bals vin, garlic

Roasted carrots, broccoli, cremini mushrooms, garlic

half an avocado


evening snack - tulsi fields of gold turmeric tea

I had a raging headache midday and feel a little irritable but mostly ok.
