Started Feb. 12 ... lfg!

Hello everybody!

My wife and I started yesterday and now we only have 29 days to go! :)

We did lots of cooking yesterday to get us through most of our breakfasts and lunches this week.

I'm excited and a bit scared since yesterday was a bit more difficult than I thought.

I got us Well Fed and TheWhole30 so hopefully those two books helps us through the month.

My wife already goes to the gym consistently so I will start going with her. We hope to get healthier and drop some weight.
