bearandduck Posted February 13, 2017 Share Posted February 13, 2017 Hello everybody! My wife and I started yesterday and now we only have 29 days to go! We did lots of cooking yesterday to get us through most of our breakfasts and lunches this week. I'm excited and a bit scared since yesterday was a bit more difficult than I thought. I got us Well Fed and TheWhole30 so hopefully those two books helps us through the month. My wife already goes to the gym consistently so I will start going with her.
