Started Whole 30 February 22nd

I have just started Whole 30 and am excited about a journey to optimal health!!  I already had a pretty healthy diet but would sometimes get off track and back into the "carbs" and "sugar" so I'm hoping this will break those cravings.  I have never eliminated dairy and wheat/grains from my diet so I'm interested to see how I feel.   It's a little hard having to think about what you're eating all the time but I think I'll get the hang of it!

Hope there's some others just starting on this too for support.
