jlw517 Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 Hello, My name is Jenn W and I'm starting whole 30 for the first time and am currently on day 4. I am wanting to do the program because I want to optimize my health and ability to love others and myself well. I have had an extensive 'dieting' history, and it has taken me a couple of years to grow in peace of my body and myself. Therefore, I need to be careful that this is for 'health' and 'how I feel' and not for 'dieting' or 'losing weight'. The first few days have been going pretty well. I'm nervous for this upcoming week as I'll be going on a destination wedding vacation and am fearful that my choices will be limited.
