candacevasko
Hello friends, Here is what is going on in a nutshell: I am on day 21 of my Second Whole30. I feel pretty great, but just realized with a recent diagnosis of an autoimmune disease that I should have been following the protocol all along. That being said, I am aware that I should avoid "nightshades" and JUST began doing so a couple days ago. I previously purchased the Whole30 guide (prior to the book being released) and was hoping somebody could please tell me what else I should avoid. Also, what are your thoughts to continuing my 30 beyond, well, my 30 days, to follow the protocol? Could I see/experience results within 9 days? Thanks so much everyone. Melissa Urban
We outline the full autoimmune protocol in both the Success Guide and ISWF - all the info you'll need is there. As for nightshades, here's a good link to help you identify and avoid them: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=george&dbid=62 Best, Melissa
candacevasko
I see the Q & A that addresses things to avoid when you are on the 30, but just wanted to make sure that I am not missing something important beyond that. Thank you for answering my question.
