Renee
I love making meatballs! They're usually cheap and easy to make! I've made a lot of recipes from Well Fed (which I highly recommend, you can buy the electronic version, it's cheaper!) and they're all great (and Whole30 approved, except one dessert recipe). I made the Bora Bora Fireballs yesterday, but they're exclusive to the cookbook. She also has some on her blog: http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2012/03/29/merguez-meatballs/ http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2010/10/25/paleo-czech-meatballs/ Also: http://preppypaleo.blogspot.ca/2012/10/apple-cider-glazed-turkey-meatballs.html (but make sure to replace soy sauce with coconut aminos) http://balancedbites.com/2012/07/easy-recipe-greek-style-lamb-meatballs.html http://www.health-bent.com/beef/paleo-thai-basil-meat-beef-balls (you'll need to make a one or two modifications) http://www.hungryharps.com/2011/09/meatball-monday-vietnamese-meatballs.html (again, some modifications: no sugar, double-check your fish sauce, same for hot chili sauce) http://thingsmybellylikes.com/2012/09/03/liver-bacon-meatballs/ (great way to eat liver without tasting it, but make sure your bacon has no sugar, you could also try with proscuitto)
