Tracking My Meals

Per the Day 7 email, I am posting my meals to hold myself accountable:

Meal 1 - hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, banana

Meal 2 - chicken stir fry (Whole30 book) with Asian Vinaigrette Whole30 book)

Snack :-/ - cherry pie larabar

Meal 3 - Flank steak with chimichurri sauce, roasted potatoes and boiled baby carrots

Today is Day 8 and I had / plan to have:

 

Meal 1 - hard boiled eggs, bell pepper, grapes, black coffee

Meal 2 - shrimp with chimichurri sauce, boiled baby carrots, mango

Meal 3 - BBQ chicken drumsticks (homemade BBQ sauce), grilled pineapple and zucchini
