Cdub Posted April 22, 2017 Share Posted April 22, 2017 Hello everyone, I decided to make this commitment for 30 days because not only do I want a healthier body but a healthier life as well. High cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes all run in my family (mom and dad) so I realized if I continued with the lifestyle I grew up with (mainly the food intake) I will end up having one or two of those diseases. I'm already hovering over high cholesterol so I hope to obviously lose weight and get healthier but also to learn what and how foods affect my body. Good luck to everyone!
