I have a schizophrenic schedule so I will see how well this works. 3 nights a week I work a 13 hour shift. On my nights off I revert to a normal day schedule. 

My big question is can I adjust the meal plans to have a protein/fat snack before the first meal of the day on the nights I work? I cook meals for my dad and I know he won't want to eat a large meal at 2:pm instead of 4:pm.
