Starting Week 3

Hi, I'm new!

Today starts my third week on Whole30 and so far, so good! It hasn't been hard at all, actually easier than any of the other lifestyle changes I've tried (which have been numerous) maybe in part because I transitioned from Adkins style low carb into Whole30. I thought I'd never be able to give up artificial sweeteners and dairy, but I did and I haven't keeled over yet. I am using clarified butter (grass fed), but I believe that's allowable.

Anyway, looking forward to getting to know the rest of you!
