Here I go again :)

3 months postpartum, 26% body fat, and feeling MS symptoms more than normal. Time for a whole30. I love day 1.  

Breakfast- Hard spoiled egg and a fruit smoothie

Lunch- Romaine salad with chicken, cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes

Snack- Lara bar

Dinner- Rosemary garlic salmon over power greens salad

Dessert- Peach
