Cheers To My Health Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Hello, hello! I'm new to the forums but decided it was time to get active in here! I'm Elizabeth, I'm 32, and I live in Okinawa, Japan! My husband and I started our Whole30 on July 5th! Our first attempt at the W30 was a miserable failure. We tried in 2013 and lasted 5 days. It was BRUTAL. We moved to Okinawa, Japan in summer of 2014, so we've been putting off trying another round. We don't have the resources we had back in America and knew it could get boring and too easy to quit. I am so happy that we are on day 21 and going so, so strong! There is an awesome group of Whole30ers on island and I have friends who are doing it now also. We've been able to order much more to our FPO than when we first moved so we have quite a bit more variety than we originally thought we would. I am starting to think about reintroduction and honestly, there isn't much I'm missing or wanting to add back in- I feel so good right now and so many health ailments are improving!
