Day Five--Hanging in there

Good morning everyone,

Yesterday my energy was flagging a bit the first part of the day, found myself taking  a few naps, glad I wasn't working! Today I'm going to add some greens at breakfast to prevent the same thing happening today. Also adding some starchy vegetables later in the day.  I  noticed too, that I was quite irritable. I started toying with the idea of adding in some "healthy gluten-free grains for energy"--but of course, that would destroy my Whole 30. I'm hoping today will be better. I've stuck to plan though. How's everyone else doing?
