JM775 Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Hi All, I started on Sept. 11, and while I haven't experienced any major differences in how I feel, I thought this was interesting: my resting heart rate has decreased by about 20%. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed except being on Whole30 for 2 weeks. We started on Sept. 11, and my resting heart rate started decreasing after day 2. Stay strong y'all! See the image attached.
