Whole30 Day 2

Hi All, 

My name is Tina and today is day 2 of my first Whole30.  It took a couple months of me researching the Whole30 and reading It Starts With Food before I was willing to commit to this re-set.  My biggest fear is giving up sugar!  I LOVE sugar and the thought of not having it for 30 days seemed like cruel and unusual punishment.  However, I am very curious to find out how dairy, grains, sugar and legumes affect my body, so there is only one way to find out :) Look forward to connecting with all of you and sharing my journey!
