It took a couple months of me researching the Whole30 and reading It Starts With Food before I was willing to commit to this re-set. My biggest fear is giving up sugar! I LOVE sugar and the thought of not having it for 30 days seemed like cruel and unusual punishment. However, I am very curious to find out how dairy, grains, sugar and legumes affect my body, so there is only one way to find out Look forward to connecting with all of you and sharing my journey!
