lizitapola Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Hi all, I'm in my first whole30 diet and I'm already feeling hungry (haha, day 2!). I eat super healthy most of the time. But I hadn't realized how hard was to give up the daily cookie! (and at work they give them away for free all day!). Anyways, by writing here hope to get myself accountable. I'm pleasantly surprised that I'm not hungry all the time, but I am also drinking a lot more water than usual, so that could be helping. I'm going out to dinner tonight with a few people, but we don't know where yet - so I'm a little nervous, because I haven't been able to do any scouting ahead of time to plan out what to order and change. Hopefully we will end up somewhere that has a few choices, and I'm not just stuck with a salad. What about you? Has the hunger gotten better now that you are a few days in?
