Hi all! I'm set to being my very first Whole 30 tomorrow (11/6). This is not however, my first time with an elimination diet. I have seen naturopaths and functional medicine doctors who have put me on restrictive diets to heal my body. I'm hoping this will be different because my husband is on board to do it along with me, plus I have all of you to support me! I'm curious how many of you have done the egg/nightshade elimination as well. I feel like taking them out of an already restricted diet will set me up for failure. So I'm considering doing the general Whole 30, then the reintroduction phase and then cut out eggs and nightshades to see how I feel. Advice, experience? Thanks!
