February 10th, First-Timer

Hello.  I'm doing Whole 30 for the first time starting Feb. 10 - conveniently scheduled between work travel and Spring Break! I'm a pretty healthy sort,  but as I'm making my way through the book, I'm realizing that I eat a half bagel with cream cheese every morning, deli meat and cheese sandwiches on whole grain bread for lunch, pasta/grain dishes with veggies for dinner, and fruits or low-cal dairy for snacks.   I also like to have a glass of wine or a dark beer some evenings after an especially long day at work.  This will be a challenge, but I'm up to it!
